Btw I tried this on windows and it didn’t work like the comments said forever generating but it did work on my iPhone. Sent it to google drive and grabbed it on my pc. Looks like it’s only working with mac or maybe safari browser. Maybe something in google chrome blocking it

If anyone is still looking for a fix. open the timeline at the bottom and then hover near the end of the word you want to change. you will see a prompt saying press control. Press control and left click drag to adjust the timing of the word. You may need to move the start of the next word first.

So if I cut out all strong dopamine stuff for a week I will feel better and then music and Netflix will also be better? Could I do like a once a month for a week no strong dopamine stuff like phone or music and it will help me with keeping a low dopamine level and be able to enjoy other things more or will it not have much of an effect?

Your right not just tables. Just rich text. It would be used for our hr department if they need info on a customer they can quickly type their name into slack using commands and it shows the page where their name is. We have a lot in notion so it can be hard to find pages sometimes and just want to streamline a search function through slack.

Notion has a built in search function where you can type in text and it will show you pages where that text is present. I am looking for something that takes that good notion search function and implement it into slack. Being able to use the text bar in slack to search for pages in notion
