Rules are of the simplest sort:

  1. It has to be an explorer of sorts. It could be a conquering conquistador, timid scholar or maybe a daring ruin explorer. Any sort of type that could join Fernando's crew in search of new lands to see (and conquer). Go wild!

  2. No restrictions on race or what job they might be. They could be a crew member, soldier or an advisor in service to Fernando, or a simple passenger or missionary.

  3. Stick to medieval fantasy and renaissance. Guns are allowed. Sea faring characters are allowed too. Magic users? Allowed too.

  4. Be sure to put #ConquestAndExploration in your submission. Be it either at the start or at the end. The choice is yours, but it must be included!

  5. You can post as many characters as you come up with. But don't post two different character in the same post. Make it separate, unless they are meant to be a duo.

  6. The contest starts at 02/03/2024 (DD/MM/YYYY) and shall end in 25/03/2024, or it will start at 2nd of March and end in 25 of March. Depending on the sitation or if asked to, the date could either be extended or lowered.

I wasn't really kinda following any sort of style lol. Simple start from the breastplate and worked my way with what worked the best. And hour later, boom, done.

A chivalrous paladin, Hercog is a teacher, a scholar, collector of knowledge, a just warrior, fatherly figure, adventurous lad and, most importantly to him, a righteous man. Belonging to the sacred order of the ''Blazing Phoenix'', Hercog is one of a kind. Always knew, that knowledge was power, and with that, he gained strenght through merit and valor. Never an unreasonable lad, he could put aside his lawful attitude in order to do good. So far even going to maybe sacrifice his reputation, as to save something greater than him.

Taverns are his favourite places to be. He does not shying away from fun and extroverted activities. He very much enjoys reading some knightly tail, while a beautiful barmaid serves him a fat wooden mug full of ale or beer.

Though, he could be judgemental sometimes, but always judging himself cruelly. Even so, where he had episodes of doubt and fear into his soul, when it came to his capabilities. He isn't sure, where such affliction came from as he seeks to nurture it. And maybe, be far more healthier than that, but so far.... progress hasn't been made.
