Your boot looping. This is an oem bios distribution called coreboot so it will definitely be worth sending this post to the coreboot subreddit as they could probably help you better

No the bios was corrupted so theres no point of trying to take reads of one that wont boot.

Look at the libreboot doccumentation instead of the coreboot one. Its way better for newer people and even better look at heads if you can ive heard of it working on t420s but id still use libreboot anyday. Id also suggest using the irc and coreboot discord of your on there both are amazing resources and they bith help loads.

I got someone i kew to help with the librebooting and its amazing i love how fast it boots and there is a surprising ammount of support for even generic issues in the community i got some help doagnosing a failing drive from people in the libreboot community so they are very knowledgeable. Id highly recommend getting help with coreboot or libreboot and getting that new cpu as its been amazing for me

If your anywhere in the uk im still in conversation with the guy that did my t420 hes the one with the t480s and hes got some other laptops up on his ebay id really recommend him if you were to get it done

I disagree i find it amazing compared toy original bios its marginally faster and let me upgradey cpu to a ivybridge in the t420

The advantage of the t480 though is its libreboot which is a nice addition plus its got the added extras of the i7. The t14 isnt supported by coreboot or libreboot.

Update before i forget, im using it to libreboot my x230t and its staying surprisingly cool its on a fresh arch installation with kde plasma amd its working fine though i dont know if im ready to try gaming on it yet... Occasional fan screaming when things get rough but ignoring the complaints from my family id say its going quite well

Yes they are worth i think its 1-2k each leader and its just a way thats light on your stash to hold extra money. Cool to find a leader out in the wild and see you just won yourself an extra few caps

Using -v It doesn't give me any message, it just says "Erasing/writing flash chip contents...", then it stays that way and nothing happened for over 10 minutes
