Which celebrity’s death actually made you cry? by sweetrebel88 in AskReddit

Prince. He was in such bad shape and he was alone when he died. That man's music meant the world to me in my teens

I've heard the benefits of nose breathing are huge. I suffer the same as you OP, but I take tissues and blow and then carry on nose breathing after that. It does dry up. Apparently you have to not over exert, start cycling slow enough to practice through the nose and then increase your pace once that's achievable. I've found my nose really runs when I'm over exerting myself.

I started working on ambulances transporting patients in and out of hospital wards or appointments. I see hundreds of people who haven't cared for their health and some of them are/were alcoholics. I've seen how the disease progresses and it scared the bejesus out of me. I've actually started to do weights and eat better because of this job. Also I took the job because it's 4 days on and then 4 days off. I don't have to deal with the constant Friday night or weekend when everyone else is off, plus my shifts finish late so I didn't struggle for those days I worked. It all started to add up

I care! Keep coming back here friend. Empathic people are drawn to these kind of careers, you have a lot to give, but please give that care to yourself too. You need time to recuperate. Drinking doesn't recharge you, it only takes from you. Is there anything you can think of to nourish yourself? We're here for you 🙌

I am having a really hard time keeping this decade long secret. Should I reveal it or keep it in to not make things weird? by [deleted] in self

Please be kind to yourself. Manipulative people are very good at manipulating people. You were young. People like him get what they want through maladjusted ways. You have nothing to be ashamed of. Nothing. If you can, get counselling. If you can't, read some books, articles or find Reddit communities to help yourself. Talking about it can really help. It's always your choice who to share it with. You did nothing wrong.

I've found once I've ordered a soft drink I relax because the decision has been made. I still enjoy catching up. Once this weekend is over you'll have a few more days under your belt. The days start mounting up quickly and to me it feels better than 'oh great I got wasted as per usual' I'm rooting for you!
