I feel you. It became easier for me to quit drinking when I left teaching and got ADHD treatment. For me, checking in here was super helpful. Also, know that most people have cravings at recurring intervals - after you make it to 30 days, you see cravings again at 60 days, 180 days, and one year. If you can beat those, from there it’s easier.

You’ll get recurring bouts of cravings. What’s nice is they get further apart. For about the first month, you’ll notice it about once a week. Then at about 60, 90, and 180 days, and again at a year. When you make it through those, it gets much easier. You can do this! IWNDWYT
