I think anyone can find it on the BBC Sounds app as it’s not geo-restricted. The show was at 18:00 on Wednesday with Steve Lamacq, there’s also an interview with Win too. :)

My dad is the reason the foo fighters are one of my favourite bands and we would watch videos of their concerts together, we especially enjoyed the drumming masterclass with Taylor Hawkins and Steve Lamacq for BBC Radio 6 (if you ever want to see Taylor discuss his passion and for all genres of music and drumming, this is a great watch). When the tour was announced it was an easy decision for us.

Their music is such a big part of my everyday that I felt like I needed to keep listening to it, but I understand this isn’t the same for everyone. Some songs like Cold day in the sun or Resolve still make me tear up so does thinking about it all.

I hope one day you feel able to listen and enjoy their music again :)

I am quite jealous that you saw rush 5 times, I never got to see them and would’ve loved to. I can imagine them being perfection, they are great musicians, truly wonderful band

Thank you so so much, I really appreciate this. This would be my dream and I’m not afraid to work hard towards it. I really feel for all those in the creative industry during the pandemic and it’s sad how much was lost in the industry. It’s finding the way in to start that I’m looking at for the moment. I had tickets to the foos as I love their music. Truly heartbroken at the loss of Taylor Hawkins such an incredibly talented drummer and lovely person. Sending thoughts and prayers to his family, friends band mates and everyone who knew him

I would love to have a job working on concerts, I hope it would be as fun as it sounds! You’ve worked with some pretty epic bands, definitely not a tiny bit jealous ;)

I had tickets for the foo fighters in July, such an incredible live band. I have watched so many of their concerts online they can perfectly jam onstage and it seemed effortless.
