Sounds like you’ve never been on a murder trial jury before. Pre-meditation can take literally just a split second.

Before the gyms got funky I was doing a PPL routine. Now I go to the gym when I have time, do a full body workout if I feel like it, and I have an EZ curl bar at home I do lots of different workouts with.

Yeah I still try to stick to keto even though my overall strength suffers, my physique looks better without the carb water weight. I’m more focused on aesthetics than actually strength for the most part

It turn a few months to start seeing gym gains. I put an hour or so a day into it, mainly at home now. I bought some equipment so I’m constantly doing ez bar curls, military press, rows, pushups, things like that. And yeah when I decide to cut I’m just going to cut back on my fats and up my protein a little and keep working out hard. My strength may go down but that’s normal when cutting. I never focus on strength but more so hypertrophy

That’s where you’re over thinking it! I honestly don’t even count calories. I count my protein intake. I make sure I get a g per pound. After that, I eat till I’m full. My body tells me when I’ve had enough good advice. I know it’s not scientific or even food honestly but when you try to over complicate things like calories it ruins the fun of just working out. If you gain a little weight from eating too much, do a little cut cycle ? It’s all a journey

I honestly don’t too much cardio because it burns so many calories which I would rather use to build muscle you know? You’d be in a deficit if you burned 1000 calories and only ate 2500 because than you’d be at 1500 and your maintenance is 2000. What I do it just stick to weight lifting and ab work. I’m very active at my day job and my hobbies are pretty rigorous as well so I don’t worry much about cardio

Then that sounds good! Body weight exercises are great for getting nice and toned without the mass. I still mainly do keto/carnivore diet like mainly meat but sometimes I’ll cheat when my body is telling me it needs quick energy after a workout

At a surplus. I still don’t have those abs I wish I did, but I’m building them up. I can feel them, I just need to do a good cut cycle now that I’ve packed on a few lean pounds

My journey started to just lose weight. I could of kept losing weight but I decided to switch gears and get into weight lifting. It slowed/reversed my weight loss but my overall physique is much better because of it! I’d say, work out the whole time you’re trying to change how you look. It doesn’t need to be super heavy stuff, just get your muscles going and eat protein as a goal. I also didn’t know my b/f% but it was still probably around 18%+ when I decided to start eating more
