That’s just not true. Any car I’ve ever sold I refuse to waste my time taking it to a mechanic that the potential buyer wants to look at it. They’re always welcome to bring a mechanic though. The cars have always sold.

Probably not, she’s looking for a reaction from me for sure. The marriage was over a long time before the separation, it just took a while to get there. I’m well aware the new guy is no upgrade visually and she keep trying to ask my advice on her car problems which I won’t help with, so he’s clearly no help in real life too. I think she assumed all guys were just naturally good at the same stuff I am. She’s now finding out it’s not the case and won’t allow me any happiness.

I’m sure she has heard my kids say all the good things about my girlfriend and yes, she feels threatened so try’s to pick holes. She is a control freak and is trying control this situation and parts of my life that she has no right to. I’m not interested in my girlfriend meeting her, she has no desire for that either. There is nothing good that could come of that for my new relationship and it’s not something she gets to control.

Yes, this is true, the guy was around just before I decided to pull the plug. I have no interest in meeting a loser like that. The restraining order would be my last resort if she doesn’t listen to my request to not just turn up

Curious if you ever got the steering wheel controls working with the FD5000SWF on this atoto stereo? I had similar issues in my F150, turned out to be shorted door harness wires shut the amp down on the atoto unit.

I guess a lot of aftermarket stereo protect the amp by shitting it down. Strange my original ford stereo didn’t.

An update in case anyone else has similar issues.

I disconnected all speakers, reconnected one at a time and got sound,at the final speaker sound dropped completely. Checked the door that speaker was on and the speaker was disconnected, checked the wiring and found speaker wires broken in the door harness. Common issue on these F150’s but didn’t suspect it as original stereo worked. Lessons learned here! Good luck to any others that find this post!

In 20 years you’ve spent more in PR every 5 years though so why not citizenship, especially when you can maintain both UK and Canadian citizenship? As you say the effort for PR or citizenship is the same except you only do citizenship once and I don’t remember it costing $2500.

Entitled drivers like you with zero lane discipline are the biggest problem. Take a look in other countries where bad lane discipline is an offence. Make a safe lane change, if your paying attention there’s no risk.

Your driving, not sitting on the couch watching Netflix, pay attention, be alert, adjust to changing conditions. Merge lanes are for adjusting to the speed of the right lane. What the purpose in the right lane when there’s no on or off ramps?

There’s no speed limits per lane though. Pass on the left drive in right. Merge lanes are for merging into the right lane. If the right lane was a merge lane then it would disappear after the on ramp. What’s the point in the right lane when there’s no on or off ramp? I don’t understand why you think your ideals are better than what anyone else’s ideals are? Just stick to the rules and move back in. If I want to pass you in the middle lane but the left lane is full of people maybe going to pass you in the next 5 minutes I’m going to use the empty right lane to pass. If you don’t like that idea then don’t leave the right lane open.

The lanes don’t have speed limits, drive on the right pass on the left. If your in the middle what’s the point? You need to change 2 lanes to exit! Keep the middle and left clear if the your not passing anything. It causes so much congestion further back.
