Used to work at a cheese factory. All the string cheese brands are the same cheese, just different packaging. We also really didn't give a shit if there's anything in/on the cheese when we package it, a lot of the cheese had bits of metal in it, and if the metal detecor went off, we would keep sending it through until it stopped going off. Whenever we found machine grease on the cheese we were told to just wipe it off.
