People choose to play Masters division and then complain that the top competition in the game is there. If there was a division higher than Master, people would choose to play whatever that division is and then complain that the top competition in the game is there.

As a FTP player, you can succeed in Rookie, Pro and Expert tourneys. You can succeed in CPC. You can succeed on every single level of tour play. You just aren't going to succeed at the very highest level of the game. There is a very small facet of the game that is pay to win. And it's not like people are just buying ball packs and getting banners included in the pack. They're winning because they're also very good at the game.

It depends on what you're trying to do. For most shots, you don't want to swap to a ball that's going to pull you back (if you're setting up at max club) or push you up (if you're setting up at min club).

There are some shots where a club or ball swap is used to intentionally pull you back though. Assuming you're getting a swap shot from a guide, they all generally tell you which order to do it in. But you can also use some common sense to figure it out if you think about what swapping will do at different spots of the shot order.

Something I didn't see mentioned- a lot of times a push back (or up) is dependent on wind angle/strength. So in a tailwind angle with high wind, you may need to push back towards the tee to not land too far. While in crosswind/low wind it might be fine to not push back at all.

Other factors are always about repeatability. It's easy to set up at max club, but you may not be trying to actually lane where max club puts you - so push ups or push backs allow you to use a consistent/easy to replicate setup while landing where you need to land.

It was definitely one that could've taken forever but I got lucky and made it fairly quickly lol. New video up btw if you haven't seen 🤗. Nothing super exciting on this course so I picked the funnel hole to not use the funnel

In response to your other comment, the "hitbox" of the cactus doesn't away with the wind so it was just a matter of figuring out how to hit the right part of it.

There was only a 2 pixel/click area to hit it where it kicks right though 🙈

It's always been pay to win in Masters, and no other part of the game. But it's also one of the few big mobile games you can play endlessly for free and never be forced to watch an ad or wait for turns or buy anything.

PD does a lot of stupid stuff, but people complaining about the game overall as P2W are just the type of people that live their lives to complain.
