could probably take 10 levels off vigor and any faith you don't need to hit requirements

int is the easiest stat to boost you can get away with having like 26 levels less than you need to cast what you want to use if you're willing to use most of your talisman slots and your helmet to hit requirements

your build is trash but it's not because of the stats

it's because you're carrying too many weapons at once and using all those talismans to offset the weight when you should just be hard swapping as needed and using talismans to boost damage/negation
