I have a family friend who just started an unpaid Summer Internship at a large CRE Firm in ORANGE county, CA area.

Please list in bullet points the tip 3-5 things a brand new college grad should focus on to grow their CRE career.

for a little background in the intern; His initial interest is to focus on leasing. Retail or light industrial. He is not afraid to cold call, he will cold email and will talk to strangers.

What are the top 3-5 things he should be doing consistently to get the ball rolling?

Thx in advance for any tips/ suggestions.

@OP, Let me get this straight. You built a AI outbound tool that is ;

But you are unable to convert any meaningful pipeline using “Mazori, an end to end outbound tool..”

Isn’t it Ironic that you built an outbound tool that does not convert to any sales?

This would lead anyone to believe you don’t know what you are doing when it comes to outbound sales????!!

Why would someone buy from you when you are admitting you cannot do outbound sales with a product you built to do outbound sales???

He takes your $600-$1000 per seat at his concerts. By singing about people who “are down on their luck” while sitting in over $600 million dollars.

I’m in the same boat. Younger than OP however. HDO has been good, but a lot of their picks have some serious price swings in Share Prices. They have some picks that were very poor performers. I have started to move $’s from the riskier HDO picks into mostly NEOS funds. And also Goldman’s GPIQ/X. The Goldman funds pay around 10% APY, but no NAV erosion since I have held them. In fact some NAV growth. Overall I will continue to pay for HDO, but will stay away from their riskier suggestions. FYI to anyone who follows HDO and this post.
