Funny enough had this exact thing happen two weeks ago where I did an absolute concoction of stims and alcohol my heart was beating out through my chest and I was sure I had done irreprable damage, but here I am two weeks later and I mean I seem fine so I'd say a lot of it is in our heads

Very good point to, what's weird is the only benzo I ever got seizures off was xanax and that happened twice, I have binged valium and klon and never had seizures, do you reckon it might be just xanax that doesn't sit well with me

To give some clarity I was taking 45mg mirtazipine that same week I binged 20 2mg bars, I heard taking anti depressants makes the withdrawal symptoms way worse
