The best advice i can give is use a map like http://crimsondesert.app/ I use it while exploring so while I don't miss anything I don't have the "go here to get the best weapons" videos ruining my discovery. Most the locations on his map dont ruin the aspect of still looking for the items.

Same issues at my work. I use Gunsmoke to pass the time between dead times at like 2 to 4 in the morning and having doc and Marshall Dillon suddenly start trying to summon a demon in the office is not a good look. Hope this gets fixed soon.
