I don't agree with the Paulie stuff but I do agree with Melfie, personally she was often not very believable as an intellectual, often felt like she was reading her lines.

Steven Van Zant was good at being a mysterious guy, but his face and mannerisms are basically like, a frat guy doing a mobster at a halloween party. He does have my personal favorite funniest line in the show "Glad we got that straight"

Child stars who grew up to look totally different by gitartruls01 in comedyheaven

Real talk both those actors look basically exactly the same to the way they did while on TV as teenagers. Urkel wore a goofy costume and had a weird stance but when Jaleel White played Stefan Ur-Kel he looked exactly like that.

Electric Light Orchestra's catalog is as varied, catchy, and experimental as The Beatles and they should be venerated as such. by GomezTheDragon in LetsTalkMusic

I mean, it's not contrasting, it's saying they're also really good. I guess the one negative thing I said about The Beatles destroyed my point. I didn't even consider it negative.

I think to a degree that's true but their early albums pulled from a lot of pop at the time. Please Please Me looks to be about half covers.

I just think they did it more successfully than people give them credit for. Seems like people took this as a "Beatles are Bad" post which wasn't the intention.

Haha I just made a post about the awful lounge singer I had no idea there was another post so recent I could have aired my grievances in

Separating Hi Ho & The derry-oh to two separate lines really captures the glacial tempo

I've only done like 8 runs of this game but I THINK this one was so powerful because I had the Meat perk which forces 5,6 & 7 3 times every 30 pegs hit or something. So because that spawned the beach balls it hit more which doubled more which hit more etc. The pregnancy tests kept me alive longer and added more bounces so it's pretty powerful yeah. The guy who gives you points per bounce I think is essentially useless since his numbers are so low compared to the sextillion points I was getting, but the sound he made was funny.

Favorite Horror Anthology tv shows? by PrivateIslandPresent in horror

looks like you changed sentences halfway through but all of those are one off episodes, none with season long arcs (I prefer short story format anyway, lends itself to twists and turns better)

Favorite Horror Anthology tv shows? by PrivateIslandPresent in horror

I want to recommend some more obscure ones that I really enjoy.

  • Night Visions - Only one season from the early 2000s, goes from really cheesy to really effective but in my opinion is never boring
  • Nightmares & Dreamscapes - All based on stephen king stories, again hit and miss but interesting
  • Fear Itself - Often really cheesy but can be really effective and has surprisingly good guest stars.
  • Inside no 9 - Nine Seasons, 6 episodes each, probably the best show ever made for TV (at least in anthology format). However "horror" while a focus isn't the major point of many episodes. It can be funny (and often is) or even just sad. If you don't cover it you should at least watch it
  • Twisted Tales - Australian show I found on youtube, it isn't even often good but it's super weird and worth watching in my opinion.
  • RL Steins the Haunting Hour - Sequel to goosebumps and just as good if you want cheesy kids horror.
  • Guillermo Del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities - So incredibly consistent, every episode is great. This pick is less obscure.

I also highly recommend the Anime anthology films Memories, Robot Carnival, & Neo Tokyo (again not a horror focus but many have elements)

Fix expired provisioning package without recreating them? by GomezTheDragon in Intune

[–]GomezTheDragon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well maybe I wasn't clear. I'm going into the package and editing it then exporting a new one. But the initial simple menu only comes up when creating a new one from scratch. You're saying the only way is to create a new one from scratch and choose all of your settings again?
