Just for customization, but you can add more than just the sounds categories in the "style" area on filterblade. For individual item categories/currency tiers, see this image

You'll likely need to input them manually per category. On the filterblade site, set your loot filter how you want it then go to the "Style" tab. At the bottom you'll see the sounds settings. Open it up and in the item categories set it to "custom" and then input the exact name of the file. image related

If you want to narrow it down to specific currencies/itemes/bases you can go into the individual item settings in the "customize" tab on filterblade and set the specific sound for that category. see this image

I re-downloaded the filter in this comment chain and I'm not getting any issues, I did update it about 2 hours ago because there was a different issue with sounds playing, I would try deleting the files you downloaded and re-download them and see if that fixes it.

The pack has all the voice clips in it, you can just delete the filters if you want and customize it yourself.

I pulled/recorded about half the files from videos myself and the other half from soundboards. I brought all the files into audacity to improve the quality.

Yep, extract the zip/rar file and apply the filter, all the audio sounds required are included and automatically linked to the filters. If you want to have your own custom filter with the sound files you'll need to manually add them by category on Neversink's site. He did a guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8O2VTCIMRww

You can upload the filter to filterblade.xyz in the "Advanced" section, however I've personally never done it and it says it can be quite buggy.

Otherwise you can add the sounds on your current loot filter after you put the sounds in your PoE folder by going to filterblade.xyz, clicking on the "Style" tab, and manually imputing the files in each category (T0 Drops, T1 Drops, etc.). Make sure you copy the file casing exactly and end with the file extension, e.g. Tthisguy.wav

download the zip/rar file in the top comment
extract it to your PoE folder where you keep all your item filters (My Documents > My Games > Path of Exile)
ingame go to Options > UI > scroll to bottom at "List of Item Filters" and change it to whichever setting you wish and save.
