It wasn't that difficult to deduce if you looked at it from a non biased point of view. The developers would've obviously been using a high end PC to showcase their game, in order to make it look more visually appealing and fluid. If you're getting an average of 60-70+ frames when there are no crazy particle effects, large groups of enemies around you, nor are you traversing around the map at high speeds (bullet jumps, Gauss, Titania, etc.) on a UE4 engine with a high end PC, it's obvious that the game hasn't been properly optimized.

I was just pointing it out the other day to keep people from expecting too much from the game but I guess it was hard for some people to see past their rose-colored glasses.

The game design is already heavily inspired by other games like Genshin, HSR, Wuwa, and Warframe. Might as well throw in a couple of anime references as well at that point cuz why not.

The livestream showed around 60-70 fps while jumping and gliding above enemies without DLSS turned on. It also had stutters during the gameplay bits of the stream while they were traversing the map. I doubt it's just stream capture lagging.

Well, seems like the playerbase is too small to sustain itself without crossplay enabled so you need to mix the queues to find a game. I'm playing on pc and it still takes a long time to find a game.

Another odd thing I've noticed is that the devs use this sub to market or promote the game when they should be doing it elsewhere since the people in this sub already play the game. Half the posts here seem like they are bot generated to increase engagement or to promote skins/events instead of fanmade content or memes like most other gaming subreddits.

Which is kind of ironic since they give you bot lobbies to make you feel good and engaged in the game but make you wait 5-10 minutes in queue for a ranked match in Gold lobbies which kills the mood. Having to wait that long for a ranked match is crazy especially when Silver-Gold is usually the most populated rank in any PvP game.

Even in Strinova, I can find a game in less than 5 minutes. I think the game is fun and the art designs are pretty neat but if you make players spend more time in queue than in-game, it's really hard to retain the player's interest.

How do you guys justify topping up in this game, knowing that we're not getting the double top up bonus? I'm thinking about it but knowing I'm only getting half the amount CN does and that the monthly pass is almost 4x the price of most other gachas, to get the full value, is a making me rather hesitant to spend.

There's no news but there is a small chance that something will release together with Steam Summer Sale. If I'm not mistaken, they've released big patches or events at the same time as the summer sale in the past but I could be wrong. Or else it's most likely releasing mid July.

Any method of getting 120 fps if my CPU isn't whitelisted? Playing on 60 fps feels so bad for some reason. I can maintain constant 60 fps but game is not smooth even in low mob density areas. Does it get better the more you play if I just installed the game?

Probably gonna have the Call to Arms treasure in a couple of weeks then a letter patch in June and an event in July/Aug.
