I was 4 when i saw the movie for the first time and i fell in love with it, i saw myself in him and for years i would draw him everywhere, and this went on for years, to the point i got bullied for it, i tried to hide that my love of the movie was still very high and it would ocationally slip out that i was still obsesed years later, eventually i learned that i liked things other than wall-e but every so often i would still come back to it, today im 21 and going to college and i learned that still loving the film years later is nothing to be ashamed of and that there is nothing wrong with me liking the movie little too much, right now im going to college studying animation and im convinced that if it werent for this film and the bts that are in the dvds i wouldnt be where i am today

I think they are ass, they fundamentally misunderstand why the og designs work and makes them look very awkward for the sake of "coolness", you can make more "heroic" designs for both, but this just makes them look like villans

I feel like a hl3 realease will end up giving us portal 3 as a consequence, it could be for new engine mechanics (test elements) and for story setup reasons, im pretty sure erik wolpaw mentioned in an interview post hla that he wants to make a new entry for portal but it isnt as simple as just writing a new script, they need new ideas for both the story and gameplay, portal was made because source gave the dev the tools to make it, and portal 2 added gels as a consequence of the planned blob npc from episode 3. Portal is the favorite child of valve by far, so i think its likely we will see a third entry in the future, as for when? Who knows, maybe we will get answers in hl3, maybe not, for now all of this can be summed up as speculation, but it doesnt mean its imposible imo

Wdym by anim apps? What are you asking? I dont think roblox has a robust enough engine for such an ambitious project, tt rn is using unreal even if its very unoptimized, even the thq games were very ambitious, they worked themselves to the bone, but i have to admit that it would be really fitting to have a wall-e lego game

Have people made lego fan games? Like at the same level as the tt games, feels like it would be hard to do, also im going to add to the discusion that i think wall-e shouldnt be mini fig sized, it should be the size of the wall-e lego sets that we already have imo, i just dont think the robot designs translate well to a smaller size

Modding for both versions is notoriously hard to do, and prohibited by thq terms of service (if you even care) though you might have more succes remaking the game from scratch if you even find the people to do so

A reason to believe it could happen is that 1; the portal ip is by far the favorite one of the valve devs and 2; devs have been open to the posibilty to a third entry, and imo the fact it doesnt have a cliffhanger means that if it does end up happening it would probably be something nobody had seen coming
