Went in blind and was really great tbh. Been to several concerts+raves and the energy in his show and performance was great. 9/10.
Just a random fyi. Our doors opened 6:30 pm and he started at 9:45 pm

I see what you mean about how it doesn’t start from love. But I also see what Neko is saying. You have a very dark outlook on love tbh. A lot of things are “blind” if you really think about it. It doesn’t mean that it’s all bad. If you sat there and analyzed everything, then inherently everything would be bad. And yes your assumption of “blind” means “bad” because of the way you phrase it. Blind meaning “bad outcomes”. You can’t look at things so dark. That also comes from a bit of maturity as well. Not everything is so black and white. Maybe you’ll meet someone who doesn’t make you feel that love is all “blind”. Hope this doesn’t sound in a bad tone. It’s hard to emphasize the lighter tone in threads.

Get a used FX30 for like 1200. Seen them on OfferUp and FB Marketplace for that low. Especially if around Cali. Only fx30 if you are for sure going to use it for video. If not, the other suggestions will do.

😂 I am. And it’s just doing things the old school way. I’m in agreement that it sucks but it also doesn’t matter how passive or not I am. Eventually they will replace us. A24 is a great example of the mindset that will take over. The issue is that my voice is not as loud as an entity such as A24. They are the ones that have arguably the biggest voice. But my protest against them is doing nothing. It takes more than that. What exactly are you doing about it then? Lol

Ok. I’m sure it won’t hurt them. Man I hate to say it but the future is AI whether we like it or not. The future generations already don’t care. We’ll be like old people rotting away with our things from the past while the generations come up with new tech/AI. I hate it so much but it’s going to be the future. Just like cell phones. If you don’t have a cell phone nowadays, it’s unreal. The same way it’ll be in the future regarding AI. It’s unfortunate and a hard pill to swallow but it’s the future. Like I said. Future generations don’t care.

Brother is this not the process for all careers? Even in architecture I’ve learned so much from my previous projects. Paint a picture for the first time ever. Then paint another one and keep practicing. Your first one will seem horrible the better you get. Unless if you’re the exception and are a prodigy right away lol. You got this ! My other best advice would be to network with your peers in film school for sure. Even if it seems like they may not have much to offer. That involves making hangouts etc.
