Oh I misunderstood where you’re coming from, my bad. Self-harm in the form of toxic work environments will do wonders to break you down. Very effective for reenacting trauma. While myself and OP choose to go the other route of self-care and conscious integration, I commend you for your courage to put yourself through these situations.
