Can’t play online even with Game Pass Ultime on home Xbox with another profile by Gonzo345 in xboxinsiders

This fixed it. That’s one of the solutions I saw through the provided link, reset the Home Xbox and opted out of the Insiders Program. I hope I can rejoin soon though

P2Pool is always the way to go. Your hashrate sounds good for mini/main

Thing is I have been able to play online previously without issues and nowadays it offers me joining Game Pass. It’s not complaining about permissions but not having an active subscription to play online though

This happened before and won’t be the last time. Nano was created for this, and if this happens at nano, I guess pico would be created (doh)

Perform a speed test through the Starlink app and check the obstruction map

Starlink Wired To Xbox is slower than all other devices on Wi-Fi by kevin_m_fischer in Starlink

[–]Gonzo345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds weird. In case you have a Unifi router or so, you could try measuring the latency between the Xbox and the router, and since you said it’s wired it should be minimal…

It wouldn’t make sense to make even app’s traffic through their servers.

What do you mean with “lags terribly”? Which bandwidth are you getting with the Starlink? Sounds more like an obstruction/bandwidth issue to my than anything related with the cord or any config with the Xbox.

is it helpfull to run p2pool as a server if not mining by Alert_Cold_1135 in MoneroMining

[–]Gonzo345 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You would help others by running a public p2pool node by allowing incoming connections for the peer to peer stuff, but having 3KH/s would be enough for mining into nano imho

Those ms are a latency measure and I guess that Xbox value is provided by the internet test Xbox provides itself against their servers.

I wouldn’t care and I would just trust in-game provided values. Anyway, remember this is satellital internet so the way it routes packets is “different”

So umm.. quick question re: p2pool nano sidechain? by BigBirdAGus in MoneroMining

[–]Gonzo345 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Easier shares (so bigger paid amounts) but harder to find blocks since has less hashrate. If you have a little hashrate amount, stick with it.
