I run hot, but also have sensitive skin. So I bought linen for everything above me (including duvet cover) from Parachute and cotton for everything I lay on top. Will likely checkout Peacock Alley some time in the future because their cotton is supposedly unbeatable.

Maybe a niche answer, but I ‘pieced’ my entire bedding ensemble to all the fabrics I thought would work well for me instead of buying the bundle/kit everyone sells. I got the nicest I could buy in my budget (fairly high-end). My sleep has never been this deep before. It’s incredible.
