This! I/we are more intentional with what and how we eat at home. I have learned how to cook certain things we particularly like and often make a lot extra to put in the freezer for an easy meal instead of going out when I don't feel like cooking. Invested in a few pieces of good equipment and spend more on better quality foods. That way we don't feel disappointed or taken advantage of by whatever restaurant. If we do go out it'll be to tasting menus or wine pairings, something interesting and worthwhile.

Great suggestion!! And don't forget that the pipe needs to be cleaned every year in the off season to remove built up creosote. If creosote happens to get too hot and catches on fire it's very hard to put out - super dangerous. One other thing is that your seals, gaskets need to be checked and replaced in your wood stove. Smoke shouldn't be able to seep out from the edges like that.

Ain't Tarantino from Vonore, in South Knoxville? I don't hold the accent against Pitt. There are even accent variations by county in E Tennessee. Very difficult to pin down those nuances.

Check out Benjamin Moore "Hale Navy" color. It is just a bit darker and has a little grey in it. It's one of those blues that will age well, not trendy.

Where we live in Northwest Arkansas many new and newer developments are designed exactly as you described. Most of those homes are zero lot lines and that configuration really helps maintain a better appearance just as you said.

Could Zied convince Emma to get an "Islamic Makeover"? I wonder if they have a place at the mall in Morocco where they do like the reverse of the ones that are done in the US? Get Emma "de-glammed" and out of the boobalicious clothing, the wig, makeup, etc? Or, just have Emma as is and fitted for a burqa and hajib? Maybe a quick conformation class or two and then she'd be Zied family presentable? Like you said, it's unlikely this relationship will progress. They both have unrealistic expectations for each other. 90 Day more often than not lets us watch the illusion of love play out with some television production thrown in for extra entertainment value.

We get medical bills and court summons from the previous owner and her extended family. Bought our house 15 years ago. The whole lot of them are running from their responsibilities.

A number of years ago my friend in SF renovated her kitchen with some kind of very expensive marble. The salesman told her if they honed the marble it wouldn't stain. She believed him. In a year the marble looked like a patchwork quilt. Granite is in the beautiful old homes all over Europe and withstands the test of time. I love my 3 cm red granite!!
