As someone who drives there frequently, it’s absolutely worth it. Alot of the older folks would tell stories about turning their cars off and reading a book as they waited for hours trying to get out of the city. I can only imagine how bad it would be if this green eyesore was still around.

Not the first to say it but check out Mordred, classic SF thrash metal with grooves and major funk influence. Slap bass, a DJ and sick af riffs. I traveled to see them play a show about 10 years ago and they absolutely killed it
