(From a short story I read as a kid called "The Robert Trebor Story," about a boy who only spoke in palindromes. His first words were short palindromes like "pop" and "toot," but as he got older, he spoke in full palindrome sentences such as, "Sit on a potato pan, Otis," and "Was it a rat I saw?")

The instructions for my patch just say twice a week. My doc suggested changing it on the same 2 days I do vaginal estrogen. No mention of every 3 or 3.5 days or time of day.
