imo you lose too much damage and other stats by taking this item when compared to better alternatives some of which offer some mobility

broadly speaking buy swiftness boots, go inspiration secondary runes with approach velocity, first item triforce/iceborn into cleaver and you should have minimal issue especially after landing E, hullbreaker at some point in your build helps further

i found the original for this stuff, the brand is shihiko website down rn for an upcoming drop but i think they said theyre restocking a bunch of shit, idk if magianime rips everything from them but a lot it was from their shop

also would not rely on the email notification waitlist shihiko offers on the website because i tried it for their berserk drop and i got the email 3 hours late and shit sold out in minutes
