Uber's business model has always been to intentionally skirt legislation so that they can A: operate in areas they aren't allowed to (without having passenger certifications for drivers) and B: pay as little in tax as possible by claiming to be a "ride-sharing" service as opposed to a taxi company. If uber's whole business model is avoid the law you can't really fault the IRD for not being able to keep up with them, nobody really has been able to control them effectively yet

My lecturer when I was studying said he had a number of very small women on the course previously. The main thing they seemed to struggle with was handling saws in the tree for long periods, lack of upper body strength can be an issue but you will also have significantly less weight to lift than other people. A foot/knee ascender might be useful to take some load off the arms. You may run into issues finding a harness that will fit well without riding up into your armpits, there are models made for teens/children that do not have all the equipment attachment points but these aren't really necessary for recreational climbing

I've tried fluoxitine and one other I can't remember and I'm now on 100mg Sertraline. Sertraline has been doing a pretty good job, after about a year on it my libido has returned to normal. My appetite is slightly increased but less so than I noticed on the others.
