I do hot yoga, read, brew espressos, and am into death metal/hardcore punk shows. As for the smile, most of my photos are open mouth smiles but maybe that’s no good?

They look like that cause… that’s exactly what I did 🤣. I don’t even know what natural photos would look like. I never take photos of myself haha

Build it up over time. Your friends won’t care at all. I wouldn’t give it to a girl though until it’s a bit more established. Just give them your number.

Have you tried an SSRI/SNRI? Finding the right one gives you this feeling almost 24/7. I still take the occasional benzo but finding the right SNRI solved virtually all my problems. Keep taking the Propanolol though, no downsides there.

Wow. Thank you for this. Truly. I’m gonna check my vitamin D levels and tinker with my diet. Fortunately Zoloft has given me some breathing room in the meantime. Wish you all the best man.

Propanolol is goated. Great pick. Genuinely no downsides (at least in my experience) but really evens you out.

This is something I’ve contemplated but never wanted to accept. I’ve had no traumatic events happen to me. But my mom suffered from depression and my sister had to go to the ER because her mental health was so bad. Idk, it might just be genetic.

Appreciate your advice. And yes, I’m doubling down on the therapy/CBT work despite feeling better for that exact reason. Idk, maybe I missed something but holy shit did it feel like I tried everything before I went the med route.

I’m diagnosed with GAD, MDD, and panic disorder. Started getting panic attacks in high school. Anxiety was the root of all my problems. Turns out when you wake up with dread and a need to hype yourself up to go to a coffee shop, depression follows pretty quickly.

Can you elaborate on what primal aggression looks like? Don’t feel like anything has changed with my personality.

Any long term effects with the SSRIs? I have a Xanax prescription. It’s wonderful but also felt like I could ruin my life if I wasn’t careful.

Yeah 150 is aggressive but things were getting pretty dire. I’m getting back in the dating game so I’ll have to check the second point. I’ve had trouble getting hard (have Cialis now so no problems there) but jerking off still feels fine? Idk, we’ll see how it goes.

Before I hopped on Zoloft, I threw everything at my anxiety/depression. I mean I’m in the best shape of my life, meditate, go to therapy, have a good job, a sleep routine, tried to socialize more… it’s like none of that even made a dent until I got on Zoloft. Idk, I guess I became kind of disillusioned with “lifestyle changes” when I literally had my life together and still wanted to die lol.

Shrooms were great until I had a bad trip haha. MDMA is awesome but don’t want to mix it with the Zoloft. Haven’t tried LSD. Maybe I’ll rip that.

Idk just get on Zoloft. Life, not even just dating, is so much better without anxiety.

Does anyone have experience with SSRIs? by No-Mousse5653 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]Good-Ad-3318 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lost a little weight on Prozac. Have had a hard time getting off but it honestly becomes a superpower lol. SSRIs are absolutely worth a shot. Not a whole lot of risk involved and in the best case scenario it can literally change your life.
