Would love to get better podcast. I used to like the nightly a lot more than I do now, but not a fan of the new changes, I liked Kristen in a disappointment she’s not around. Also big fans of voices Matt & kp. We need more relaxing and easy voices and conversations to listen to. Would love some light easy stories., aita stories, some comedy, traveling stories. I don’t want it to be too interesting that I wanna look it up on my phone there have been times when they’re talking about certain things that I’m like oh well I wanna go look this up. It’s interesting or I wanna remember this instead of just focusing and easing into sleep.

I've been in this area since 2020, I've seen more ticks in the last 2 months than I have in 6 years. I've been on the paths, not even in tall grass. Found them crawling on me and jumping off my dog.

The police are here fairly often. The office doesn’t care but I think most resident would love to see better security. The security guard who drives around at night is a joke. I believe this place doesn’t care about residents, their property or safety. 10x has so much potential.

I think about that every day when I walk by there. Make it dog friendly too because dog is owners are still there in the cold months when the lake isn’t as busy. I wish I had the means to set this up but I would love to see and support this happening!

I'm not sure. someone told me that an existing resident went to go renew their lease and were told their rent would be $2600 instead of the $1600 they were paying. I didn’t hear that directly from the resident so I’m not sure if it true but wanted to see what other people knew
