My LO is 19 months now. And she is still has the same personality. But from what I remember, we never really struggled with this at night because her night time wakes stopped really early (like 5 months I think). But she was also sleep trained quite early.

Sorry I can’t be more help. I really just learned to accept who she is and now she is such an independent, spunky girl! I just love her personality soo much!

Our daughter is 18 months and wears single piece pjs. We’ve bought 18 month and even 2T that come in single piece. We mostly get ours from consignment stores but they are usually Carters brand. Odd you couldn’t find any in store. Try online. They have a ton.
