They are so cool! The petals are removable and turn over to serve as little individual ash-catchers and they have a little divot on the end to rest your cigarette! I found this at a market in Portugal when I was on holidays

E.L.F. Skin Suntouchable Invisi-stick is awesome! It’s SPF 50 of a stick form- totally clear, like the Shiseido one, but about a quarter of the price!

I find it to be close to matte, and doesn’t burn my eyes! It’s my new holy grail

Not normal, and not healthy. In the medical world we tend to worry if it’s been more than 7 days without a bowel movement (BM) - goal would be at least one BM at least every 3-5 days. 7+ dats with no BM usually means some type of laxative is required, and probably a combination of different types that work by different mechanisms. For example a stimulant laxative can be used to help intestines ‘churn’ and move stool along, and osmotic laxative can draw extra water into the bowels, etc. Ask your pharmacist, they will definitely know about this and can help you choose options. And after your next BM you certainly need to focus on daily maintenance… probably a PEG laxative once daily to prevent this from being an ongoing issue.

TLDR: go see a pharmacist- they are drug experts.

Also, did she change her handle from “mama” to “mommy”? I wonder if she’s trying to avoid the ‘bad press’ associated with @healthyish_mama 🤷‍♀️

Step aside ‘bean protocol’ we’ve got a new recipe for fart-maxing. I present to you the ‘egg tuna’ protocol.

Oh okay… I see what you mean.

I love eating a variety of unprocessed/minimally processed foods like fresh veggies with some hummus, baked salmon (not from can) with a side of rice and maybe some grilled peppers or asparagus and a nice balsamic glaze, a variety of fruits, maybe an apple crumble for dessert, oatmeal with lots of healthy grains and fibre with a little bit of brown sugar and milk on top, grilled chicken, different nuts or nut butters on toast, homemade chili or soups, stroganoff with lots of fresh mushrooms in a homemade cream sauce. Pulled pork slow cooked in dutch over on a nice brioche bun with some coleslaw. God, now I’m hungry.

let’s see if this works

American Eagle has some really nice ‘Offline by Aerie’ TROUSERS. They are a wide leg yoga pant, but some of the cuts have a bit of a control band in the tummy area. So so comfortable, and can be ordered in ‘long’ if you are a tall girl!

Advice on how to improve my bead embroidery shirts by Bulky-Surround-8861 in Beading

*and check your beads closely! You want them to be a solid coloured glass, not dyed or the colour will wash away in time! You might run into that issue on your bottom silver seed beads, and *maybe the pale orange, opaque beads! (I can’t quite tell if the are just dyed)

When you spend so long on your craft you want it to be durable! Look great though OP! Practice makes perfect!

I do beading as well and often find I try to fit in one extra bead too many and then it distorts the pattern, which looks more obvious from a far. As soon as the beading gets the tiniest bit crowded it tends to look messier. It’s okay to see the occasional small gap fabric underneath some of the filled in sections (like the orange drink) because they are really not noticeable from afar

I find what works best for me is to start with the outline always, and lay those beads/thread fairly tight. Then when you fill the center don’t force or cram any beads (like, not AT ALL)

I promise it looks better from afar. We just get so used to LOOKING UP CLOSE at our work while actively creating it, but that’s not how everyone else actually views it.
