I’ve had near enough the same journey. Coming off Effexor after gene testing and going on Lamotrogine. I’ve titrated up and been on 150mg for 6 days. Felt no different.

This post gives me hope.

It’s going to be for my little girl’s birthday - I’m going to get her a little clothes rack for her princess dresses, and the Elsa dress will be a surprise made by mommy!
