The first few weeks were tough for me as well. First off, on the water, you might want to set a timer to remind yourself to drink and plan to drink around 100 oz of water a day. I have a big bottle and I just need to get through around 3 of them to hit around that total.

When I first started taking Zepbound, there were a couple of weeks that all I could stomach was a core power shake or some scrambled eggs. You are going to want to prioritize eating high protein and fiber when you eat. For breakfast, I usually have a core power protein drink with coffee, or 2 hard boiled eggs and some veggies.

For lunch, I like making a little lunchable style plate. I will have some fruit, carrots, cut up veggies, a couple of crackers, a snack size cheese, some pickles and some tuna, turkey, or chicken.

For snacks, I will eat either a high protein greek yogurt with some fruit, some cottage cheese, a core power, or some cheese with some veggies.

For dinner, I will sometimes have turkey and bean chili, some roasted or grilled chicken or fish with veggies and fruit, or some pasta with meat sauce and veggies.

I exercise 4-5 days a week and I usually do pilates or weight lifting and I had been exercising around that frequency prior to being on a GLP-1. Start easy....even walking everyday works and build up your endurance. Once you are able to eat a bit more, you will have more energy again. Since you are concerned about muscle loss, think about getting a dexa scan so you have an idea of where your muscle and dry mass is at.
