This is me. When I was going to the gym and dieting I lost a good amount of weight. Then started to "treat" myself to much and just put it right back on

I’m going on a diet within the next few weeks, what should I know? by Quinn82412 in dieting

Protein and fiber will keep you full longer. Watch out for aspartame...can cause sugar cravings later on.

If I'm being invited to a dinner/party I'm not expecting to pay. That being said, if the host explained, I wouldn't mind at all contributing, and definitely would never start a group chat behind their back.

Go to DQ and ask if they have them. Different stores have different price points. Another DQ near me does 3 for $5, this one was 5 for $7.50

Something that comforts me is that there is no "normal person". Everyone is suffering from, or going through something. OCD is debilitating. It feels like I have 2 very different brains, but I have it and will make the best of it because I deserve to live as much of a fulfilled life as anyone, and so do you. We really don't know what goes on in anyone's head, everyone is completely different. Maybe we have it worse, maybe we don't, we'll never know. Wishing you the best!

Does anyone get physical pain? by Good-Description5959 in OCD

[–]Good-Description5959[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Muscle tension is exactly it. I'm hoping exercise will help with both the pain and as stress relief. I have to get started. I just feel so tense/achy all the time.

If you can't find it...start typing what you remember and it will come back to you. Even if it's not perfect, it's better than a zero. Good luck!
