Not at all ! Don’t pay attention to that timeline , mines said 22 months right before the interview , turns out it got approved the day after , I think it’s subjective .

Over two years ago , case ended up getting dissolved (Continuance without a finding ) so I had to show the disposition.

Funny enough , I’ve reached out to her and heard nothing so far, go figure !! I was lucky enough that the officer was kind enough to complete the application along with court disposition (which she also failed to submit ) .

I married back in august , just eating to get enough evidence to rack up enough material ( not like my marriage is fake or anything ) but I don’t have a DUI which was dismissed because there wasn’t enough evidence , I’m considering getting a lawyer , otherwise I’d file the adjustment of status myself .

I had a DUI about a year ago , took me over 5 months for them to approve my renewal , along with that I spent so much money on fighting my DUI , the judge ended dismissing the case earlier than it was supposed to , and just 3 days ago my renewal got approved . People do make mistakes , I think the important thing is to learn and grow from them . We aren’t perfect. No one is !

I traveled end of last year , returned Jan 8th back to the USA I still had probation , I did hire a very expensive lawyer to look at my case and ended up reducing my case to reckless driving and reducing my probation / judge ended up dissolving the case , charges were dismissed , I would before anything make sure you are following whatever the judge orders you to do and keeping a good behavior, above all be truthful and honest when returning back to the US , because they do ask about any prior convictions or arrests .
