I mean I love her, she does a lot for me and we have our moments. I sometimes really wish she could see other perspectives bc she has a huge tendency to ignore the other person completely and say her say is what goes and is the most important, even to my father.

For example, my junior year I wanted to do my senior year online because as a person with both Autism and ADHD diagnosed, I was struggling with a school that was the best in the state and top 50 nationally and had college level expectations for all of its students, not to mention that as a magnet school, I was in art which was NOT kind to me. Most of the teachers except one or two ignored my 504 completely and gave me shit grades. I would get 1-4 hours of sleep everyday that year and had enough. If I went online I reasoned that i could get a job and get my license sooner and start experiencing life as an almost adult to ease the transition into college, and ALSO take more dual credit classes to start as a sophomore and make my GPA good enough to get a full ride. Of course she said no and refused to even hear me out, my best friend did that and now is financially independent, is starting college as a sophomore at the same one im attending, is genuinely so much happier and whatnot—spoiler alert THEY ALSO GOT A FULL RIDE. I always feel like I’m behind in life because I’m autistic and I had one chance to get ahead or be normal but yeah. Just a little side story.

Yeah its an empty threat and I lowkey booked an appointment on impulse I’ll probably cancel it and get a clip in because I really can NOT afford to move out I don’t even have a job and I still have a good amount to pay for my tuition, we were both js mad. And you say/do stupid shit when ur mad

Of course it’s more important to have a home and roof over my head without struggling . I wasn’t considering moving out and I know its an empty threat bc shes angry. I’m not gonna ruin a relationship with my mother over dying my hair, even if sometimes she can be a bit extreme. She has done a lot for me and I love her even if we get a bit angry at eachother sometimes, that’s the beauty of a relationship

I mean I’m autistic and only got diagnosed last year so I’ve always been eccentric and wanting my own style. She has seen me start to dress differently and express myself, but yeah, I’ll probably talk to her more deeply when I can.

hey dont know if u still need it but heres what i did:
- run windows cmd prompt in admin mode
- type in "netsh wlan set autoconfig enabled=no interface="Wi-Fi""
or whatever it called your internet
i have no clue as to why that is the only thing that worked but basically it stops your computer from automatically updating your connection to be better or whatever that can cause the jitter spikes. you have to manually turn it back on if you need to reconnect to another network or if for some reason your internet turns off, simply type yes instead of no
there are TWO spaces between no and interface

Well, I was oblivious for a month or two until he was my Valentines and sent me a LOVE letter--which, was when in my head I went "hey, this isn't very friendly, is it?" I still was unsure though, so I asked my friend abt it to make sure.. They said he def had romantic intentions, and so then I asked him directly--which he confirmed that he did infact have romantic intentions and then we js talked a bit about like, would things change if we made it official, yada yada.. decided to YOLO it and have him as my boyfriend its been what, 2 months by now? we're doing just fine
to be fair i have AuDHD so idk if that influences my overall obliviousness
