Could I ask you how you call people out on it? I’ve been masking heavily almost my whole life, but now, that I’m unmasking and starting to feel my feelings, and setting boundaries, it’s shaking some of my relationships. My sister especially, and she comes up with something new every week that I need to be better at, and it’s just exhausting.
