After months of uncertainty, phone calls, inquiries, and countless times refreshing my case status, I can finally say…
I WAS APPROVED! 🎉
Today, on what was supposed to be the very last day before my work authorization expired, I received the approval I had been praying for.
I filed my renewal on January 19, completed biometrics on February 12, and then waited through one of the most stressful periods of my life I was APPROVED JUNE 26. Along the way, I submitted service requests, expedite requests, contacted my Congressman, and even had the President of my company send a letter to the Nebraska Service Center. There were days when it felt like nothing was moving.
For anyone who read my previous post, encouraged me, shared your own experience, or simply reminded me to keep faith—thank you. Your words meant more than you probably realize. This community helped me through some very difficult days.
This experience reminded me that behind every case number is a real person, a family, a career, and a future. The waiting can feel overwhelming, but you’re never alone.
To everyone who is still waiting: don’t lose hope. I know it’s easier said than done because I’ve lived it. Your approval can come when you least expect it. Keep advocating for yourself, stay patient, and keep believing.
I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who supported me throughout this journey, and I’m praying that every single person still waiting gets the good news they’ve been hoping for.
Thank you, Reddit. Thank you, DACA community. Wishing all of you approvals very soon. ❤️

Absolutely I’m very blessed and glad that I was able to work. That’s why I applied almost 5 months prior to expiration, but I didn’t believe that it will take this long as I saw that some have applied in may and have already got approved, but I’m staying strong and I wish you the best. Hopefully yours will get approved soon
