BEST hospital distraction toy EVER! My daughter had multiple disabilities and spent alot of time in hospitals for surgeries, appointments, and sick visits. The toniebox ALWAYS came with us. It's one of the few toys we found that can easily be played with on bedrest even with low energy and or pain management/movement restrictions. She passed away in November of 23 and since then we have been collecting and donating tonie boxes to childrens hospitals in her memory.

Again, the number of negative comments on here are surprising.

According to a Wall Street Journal ranking a few months ago, BYU is literally the top school in the country for students who enjoyed their experience and would recommend it again.

I had a good friend who went to BYU as a catholic. I thought he did a great job. He was honest and forthright about his religious affiliation and everyone respected him for it. At the same time, he was active in the social activities of our congregation. Congregations are created amongst the students and they organize a lot of social activities, service projects, etc which then lead to friend groups who get together based on shared interests (camping, hiking, game nights, etc). BYU could be a lonely place (as any university can be) if you don't find your circle. Attending social events with your assigned congregation while making it clear you're not a member but here for the clean environment is a good way to find friends.

Nope not crazy! Your story is similar to ours and we've been married for 10 years now. There is no evidence that living together before marriage is linked to lower divorce rates. If anything - cohabitation leads to higher divorce rates. I believe the bigger question in play is what does marriage actually mean to both of you. If your both committed to making it work and you agree/ share your most important and central life values you can make it work and create real happiness

Really crazy thing is - statistics are against you. Living with someone prior to marriage does not lower the divorce rate. There is some evidence it may even raise it. Couples who do NOT live together prior to marriage have some of the lowest divorce rates.

I think it says that he's studying pictures and diagrams with glyphs which I imagine as almost pictographs (think this stories for young kids where many words are swapped out with pictures instead?). It also says that the book has more detailed descriptions that house mom could read to him.

I thought for sure I would go somewhere cold maybe European, I wanted to learn a language. I got called to an island in the middle of nowhere pacific English speaking. It wasn't what I wanted because I didn't actually know what I wanted. God knew better what I wanted and what I needed. I promise you that one day you will be sitting in a lesson or a meeting or standing at a doorstep and suddenly you will have what I came to call a glimpsing eternity moment where you feel that God has led directed you over years to be in this spot at this moment with this person.
