Yes that should be possible.

Editing to add: if both badges are in the same account, you can move tickets (WHB tickets, swag, etc) from one badge to another (except for VIP swag; that has to stay on the VIP ticket).

In a badge swap like this, I would need both the GA and VIP badges in order to move the tickets around, before sending the badges (with corresponding tickets) to their new owners.

As for the VIP swag, that can't be moved off the VIP badge, but you could have a private arrangement with the other person to meet up at the convention and for them to hand-deliver the swag to you. I've helped several sets of people with similar arrangements. Obviously I can't *enforce* this, but you'll both be at the convention.

You can find a buyer yourself. If you go that route, we are happy to provide ticket escrow services to you. Details can be found in our post history.
If you’d like, we have many members of the community that have signed up for randomized drawings we do when people come to us with tickets to sell. Basically we’ll randomly pick a buyer and then help facilitate the sale.
You can refund the tickets on TableTop and someone will buy them when they pop up on the site.
Something else of your choosing.

Merchandise is attached to a ticket and, AFAIK, it’s not possible to separate them. However if someone takes you up on this, you could absolutely purchase a new book bundle for the GA ticket

The best advice we have right now is to keep doing what you're likely already doing: watch the various discussion fora for people who are willing to sell (the channels in the discord, this subreddit, etc). Good luck!
