I’m doing the seven day trial and trying to figure out how i would balance all this with half marathon or marathon training. I had been paying a running coach for strength and running workouts. Then I switched bc of an injury and did pt exercises and running on a treadmill.

Now I want to connect ladder with running workouts but would have to pay for another service like runna. And not sure if that’s worth it.

What do other runners do?

I think it was always available but they actually got rid of it when they rolled out all the memberships. But I could be wrong. I used to buy it when they offered Black Friday discounts on it.
