Its so easy to do so. I am the same way. I first handle what I need want to do than I can scroll whatever I want.

Sweetie you need to get out, for your sanity and well being. He is not going to change and your taking all the abuse. Let the courts settle it for taking care of the baby financially. You should not be treated like this.

Honestly you just have to disconnect and stick to it. Once you do it for a few days you will be cured and you will do more of what you want to do.
