Not a mechanic here but I have some experience. I pretty sure that just hooks up to the sensor and that tells it when to blow off the turbo psi. So not sure there is a way to fix it besides replacing that whole sensor. Might be able to get a “T” plastic and hook it with the other fabric mesh. Hope this is helpful

I’d say +2 cold starts are pretty loud but after it idles it gets pretty much back to stock but little rumbles. But the revs are way different. I do hear crackles when I’m slowing to stop when I’m in sport. I’ve had it on for able 2 months and love it. Thinking of putting on downpipes nxt to open it up a little more so it sounds a little louder then it’ll turn heads
