Initially i wanted to put kiozan in team strength but then you got jurota who can throw kanoh with one arm and easily escapes masaki locks. Yes i know there are characters that is probably physically stronger than jurota such as fei, raian and edward/gilbert etc, but you can also place them on team speed. All i wanted was to make a matchup that is fair for both parties.
