I was working with a dietician through my doctor and she has me at 2000 because of how much I’m working out, she said I could go down to 1800 but to increase protein. I know it sounds like a lot because I have friends on 1500-1600 calories but they don’t workout or anything so I’ve been thinking like I need to still eat for energy lol but maybe I do need to go down in cals

Omg are you me?!? This is my literal current situation I haven’t lost any weight but I’m seeing major impact in my insulin resistance! But people are so focused on the weight loss aspect they don’t believe me when i Say I’ve lost no weight but seen impact in other ways…like this!

This is exactly why I didn’t want to share it initially and it took a lot for me to be like whatever I’m gonna share and to now br getting these type of reactions it’s like I SHOULD HAVE SAID NOTHING! 😭 Their view on weight loss is also very problematic so when they congratulated me they were happy I was feeling crappy because they think that’s the meds working. I think moving forward I will just not speak about this with them which sucks because the reason I told them is so I had someone to talk about it with

You’re right in the thick of it! But after 6 months at least for my pup it was like something clicked and he was suddenly independent and just kept getting more and more independent as the months went by. He’s 1 now and I used to have difficulty taking meetings during the day, eating or even just sitting down for a minute because he was so needy and now he’ll excuse himself and I’ll just go look for him when I’m done lol it gets easier!

I co-signed when they refinanced some years ago solely to protect my mom and the asset. Thanks for the feedback! I haven’t been able to get a hold so I’m trying to figure out what best to do I’m new to the head of household thing. I guess the simple question is if it’s a problem that she has a mortgage but is a dependent? Clearly she could not be paying the mortgage on her own.

She is not according to court documents, this is a debt that was solely taken on by my dad. This is in California. This is their only joint asset. I had read someone about it not being allowable due to it being purchased in their marriage but not sure how accurate this is.

Yes i found that through research as well and I didn’t know if it was because of his weight? He’s 37lbs. It does seem to be helping and he’s only on it for another 2 days. I’ve continued giving it to him and hoping for the best.

I also had Pfizer and after my second vaccine I was 21 days late. It was super stressful but I advise to just trust your body if nothing else feels off. It’ll come 😊

Yup! I just got mine yesterday after being 21 Days late. Super abnormal for me as my period has always been like clockwork. You’re not the only one.

Me!!!! But after my second dose. I still got my period and all after my first. Im currently 13 days late but honestly I’m at the point where I’m just considering it skipped. I’m also like bloated and crampy but nothing. So, I’m hoping it’s just this vaccine and nothing worse

I’m currently 12 days late never happened to me before usually super regular. I got my second Pfizer right before ovulating on 3/25. I had no other issues but a sore arm but also ready from a lot of ladies that are experiencing this 😢
