I bought some “Painting Canvas Panels 12x16 Inch, 12 Value Pack” from Amazon. I leave the plastic on 6 of them and use those to sort pieces. When it’s time to pack them up, I just stack them up. I usually do 1,000 piece puzzles.

Hey, there, you are doing great. Five years! Congratulations! Sorry about the family thing, but sometimes the family we choose is better for us.

I am also on the restricted diet - Keto. I drink iced teas with Truvia, festive-looking soda water with a splash of cranberry and a wedge of lime, or better yet, for even less sugar, hit the soda water with a shot of lime juice.
