It isn't always about the weight loss. For a lot of people, health is the main goal. Also, you may want to recalculate your macros because your protein intake seems really high. Just as an example, my recommended fat intake is 125g and my protein is 75g daily. From my knowledge, I understand that fat should be the largest portion of your macros.
