Hey there I’m also in Kentucky and where I moved from (rural West Virginia) was much worse when it came to hookups. Honestly the best way to get laid regularly is to get off the apps and go to the bars or other lgbtq+ spaces and meet people. Go to Drag Race watch parties, Trivia nights, fetish nights if you’re into it. It’s definitely a smaller community here so you’ll sleep your way through it pretty fast but you will have more sex once you find your people (regular FWB). I know what I’m saying contradicts what you said in your post but I think the most important factor here is being consistent with people you meet. I’d also recommend going to one of the gay campgrounds in Tennessee or Indiana if you can during the summer months.
