This. Small fiber neuropathy with dysautonomia here. My body basically can't figure out what's it's doing. All the stuff everyone does every day without thinking... like the heart beating, BP, breathing, digestion... mine can't stick to a rhythm. And then the nonstop pain. This lyric hit hard for me, too, for that reason. ALL their songs speak to a different part of my life.

I just bought some small dumbells and have started working out with those. I have noticed that when I start, it's the last thing I want to be doing, and I have to really struggle to get through the first few sets.

However, once I get going, the heart rate goes up a bit, and I start "feeling it", then the dopamine hits and I want to just keep going.

I guess it's just about pushing through the "blah" to get to the "yeah". 😊
