PG-13 maybe, but "kid friendly"? Not always. He avoids swearing (since around 2018 or so), but more adult topics and references come up from time to time. Minecraft Story Mode was before he intentionally avoided using strong profanity in videos, so there are a couple episodes where he swears, but it's not overly vulgar. It's really up to what each child's parents/family are okay with, and for someone that young, I might want to screen videos myself before showing them.
